Warranty & Returns

We stand behind the quality of every Seymour Solar product. Our filters are handcrafted for lasting performance and safety, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

You may return an eligible product within 30 days of purchase if it is:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Sealed in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened, used, installed, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.

Refunds, Shipping & Restocking

  • Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable. This applies to both paid shipping services and orders that qualified for free shipping.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost paid by Seymour Solar may be deducted from your refund.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to cover shipping, inspection, handling, and processing.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only, less any applicable outbound shipping deduction, restocking fee, or return-related charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Orders shipped to the European Union may qualify for a 14-day cooling-off period where required by law. Items must remain unused, sealed in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Original outbound shipping charges are still non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@seymoursolar.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

All Seymour Solar filters are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, modifications, improper mounting, normal wear, or cosmetic issues that do not affect optical performance.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email info@seymoursolar.com with proof of purchase, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
  2. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
  3. Approved claims are typically resolved within 14–21 business days.
