🚚 Shipping

Domestic (US): Orders ship from Avon, North Carolina via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Processing time is typically 2–3 business days; delivery takes 2–7 days depending on location. Free standard shipping is offered on US orders over $50. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International: We ship worldwide via USPS, UPS, or DHL International. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance. Orders ship Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU/DAP) — meaning buyers are responsible for all import taxes, VAT, and customs fees collected by local carriers.

Example: Spain and other EU countries typically apply about 21% VAT plus any handling fees.

🔁 Returns & Warranty

Returns: You may return an item within 30 days if it’s unused, sealed in original packaging, and includes proof of purchase. Opened, used, or altered items can’t be accepted. If your order qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee up to 10% may apply to cover inspection and handling. Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Warranty: All Seymour Solar filters include a Lifetime Limited Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. To start a claim, email info@seymoursolar.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We respond to all warranty inquiries within 14–21 business days.
