Ordering on the Website:
Click the "ADD TO CART" button next to the product of your choice. This will take you to your cart and list all the products in your cart.  Your can either continue shopping or checkout.  If you click on the checkout button you will then be forwarded to a page where you must sign in (if you have previously set up an account) or if you are a new customer you will need to set up an account.  Follow the instructions for payment after you have set up your account or logged in.  We accept cashiers checks, money orders, or personal checks or you can use your PayPal account, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card for payment.  When using PayPal or your credit card your order is processed within 24 hours.  If paying with checks or money order processing occurs the day the payment is received.   Please allow time for personal checks to clear the bank.

Telephone Orders:
If you are unsure about what to order on the website you can order by phone and talk to a representative.  Payment may be made by Paypal®, credit card (MC, Visa, Discover, or AMEX), personal check, cashiers check, or money order. Please allow two weeks for personal checks to clear. Order by calling 541-306-6178.

Outside the United States:
If an authorized Seymour Solar distributor is not available in your country, we can ship direct. We accept cashiers check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cashiers checks must be payable through a U.S. bank and have the 9 digit routing number imprinted at the bottom of the check. Checks not meeting these requirements will be returned.

We ship via carriers with tracking capability such as United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping calculations occur upon checkout on the website.  Shipping quote available on request.
